Become a QPR Gatekeeper. You don't have to be an expert to help someone who's struggling. QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer, three simple steps anyone can learn to recognize when someone might be thinking about suicide and connect them to support. No experience needed, just a willingness to show up for your community. One conversation can change everything.
