QPR Training Flyer

Are you QPR certified yet? Join us for a 60–90 minute Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) training and learn how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, ask the right questions, and connect someone in distress to appropriate resources. This program is designed to equip you with the confidence and skills to have important conversations with friends, family, and community members. The sessions will take place at 11 a.m. in the Suite Private Dining Room on Wednesday, Feb. 25; Tuesday, March 17; and Thursday, April 23.

It offers a safe, supportive space to explore what makes you you and to connect with others along the way. Join the sessions that fit your schedule, while attending the whole series is encouraged.
