What is the cost of tuition for eSpelman programs?
eSpelman Certificate programs are priced so that participants can take advantage of the bundled course offerings. Please check each of the certificate programs for tuition prices.
Who can take eSpelman courses?
eSpelman courses are open to ALL - all genders, races, professions, backgrounds, etc. Most certificates only require a high school diploma or GED equivalent, but check the specific program for requirements. eSpelman was made for YOU!
What will it be like to be an eSpelman online student?
  • eSpelman courses are offered in a flexible asynchronous structure that allow students to complete coursework on their schedule, independent of their classmates, while staying engaged with their faculty and peers.

  • Coursework will include various activities such as watching lectures, reflecting on readings, engaging with classmates through faculty-mediated discussion boards, performing case study analysis, solving workplace problems, taking quizzes, etc.

  • Faculty will interact with students through the online platform and be available to answer questions and engage with and serve as a resource to students.
What type of support services will be available to eSpelman students?
Students completing a certificate program at Spelman college will have access to advising and academic coaching services, technology and 24/7 help desk support, and engaging co-curricular activities designed for the working adult learner.

How long are eSpelman programs?
eSpelman offers four eight-week terms each year. Please check each of the certificate programs for course structure and program duration.
