  • Black Beauty STEMinist Program​
    The Black Beauty STEMinist Program is a week-long symposium designed to celebrate and empower Black women in the cosmetic and personal care industries. It aims to provide students access to industry experts, foster connections and build a supportive community through engaging talks, workshops, and networking opportunities.​

  • Reimagining Organic Chemistry Labs in Education Systems (ROLES)​
    ROLES is an innovative project that integrates real-world applications into the organic chemistry teaching labs here at Spelman. Ultimately, aiming to provide a model program that gives minorities in STEM an opportunity to engage in real-world applications of organic chemistry, connect chemical theory to life, and foster a sense of belonging in STEM.​

  • Women in STEM (WiSTEM) Program​
    WiSTEM is a six-week summer bridge accelerator program for entering first-year Spelman students pursuing STEM degrees. Its goal is to train and support students as they build a strong technical foundation needed to excel at the Army Research Lab, the national labs, graduate school or in industry.

    Building evaluation capacity of faculty by encouraging the use of evaluation in their projects and dismantling fears surrounding program outcomes.​
