Switchboard Operation

The telecommunications operator is the first impression that one gets of Spelman College. We receive and route approximately 25,000 calls annually.

Our goal is to provide professional information regarding events on campus, and to route calls accurately in a timely manner. 

The switchboard hours of operations are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST.
