Housing Timeline

Current Students

January 31, 2025 – Deadline to complete housing application.
February 7, 2025 – Notification of eligibility to participate in housing selection and/or housing selection time.
February 12, 2025 – Housing selection for current first-year/rising second year students.
February 19, 2025 – Housing selection for junior/senior students.
February 26, 2025 – Off-Campus housing fair in Manley Student Center.
March 7, 2025 – No penalty cancellation deadline. Cancellation fees apply after this date.
April 1, 2025 – Deadline for spring account balance to be $0 to maintain fall assignment.

New First-Year, First-Time (NFT) Students

April 1, 2025 – Housing application opens for new students.
April 1, 2025 – Room reservation site opens for eligible students.
May 7, 2025 – Deadline to complete housing application to be guaranteed on-campus housing.
May 12, 2025 – Housing staff will assign students without room reservations or notify students of waitlist status.
