Off Campus Housing Opportunities

Spelman College has partnered with College Pads to provide a new off-campus housing marketplace for Spelman students and community members. This new platform at Off-Campus Housing Marketplace aims to provide a vastly improved interface for students.

Partnering with College Pads allows the College to offer our students a robust search platform and the expertise of industry professionals. Utilizing College Pads allows industry professionals to manage the marketing process, provide critical education and minimize concerns for our students. 

Spelman College will not promote any property or rental option directly to our students.  All listings will be managed by College Pads.
