Meal Plans
IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Commuter meal plans are only available to students who reside off campus.
- Commuter meal plan selections will be posted to the student's account on the same business day.
- Meal Plans are valid for one semester.
- You must request a commuter meal plan each semester.
- Meal plans may be canceled or modified by logging into Etrieve.
- Changes or cancellations will not be accepted via phone, fax or email. The deadline to change or cancel the meal plan for the Fall 2025 is August 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. The deadline to request or cancel a commuter meal plan for the Spring 2026 semester is January 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
- Charges will be prorated based on the date the plan was canceled or modified.
- Dining funds and plans are non-transferable and non-refundable and will expire at the earlier of the last day of enrollment as applicable, or the last day of the semester.
- There are NO REFUNDS for missed meals during the semester and meals do not carry forward from one semester to the next.
Your Spelman ID, which serves as your dining card, is required for all transactions- NO EXCEPTIONS. Your dining card is limited to your use only. Spelman Dining reserves the right to confiscate any card being used for any purchases by anyone other than you. If your ID card is lost or stolen, you must immediately replace the card in order to have access to dining services. Additional Dining Dollars may be purchased through Bon Appétit Food Services located in Manley Hall.
