Ways to Pay Your Bill

Spelman College offers the Semester Payment Plan to students as an alternative to paying their fall or spring bill in full at the start of each term. Students who do not pay their semester balance in full by the established deadline are required to enroll in the Semester Payment Plan. This plan requires an initial payment of $18,000 for residential students and $11,500 for commuter students each semester. While the plan is interest-free, a non-refundable enrollment fee of $200 is charged each semester. Additionally, a $10 late fee will be assessed for each installment not received by the designated due date.

1. Select the option that applies to you: Student or Authorized User
2. Click on “Make Payment.”
3. Enter the required payment ($11,500 or $18,000)
4. Click “Add.”
5. Click “Continue” to complete your payment.
6. Select the “Payment Plans” tab.
7. Click "Enroll In Payment Plan.”
8. Click "Select" and arrow down to Fall 2026.
9. Click “Select.”
10. Press the “Enter” key on your keyboard.
11. Click “Update Schedule” to review payment plan enrollment information.
12. Choose whether you would like to set up automatic payments and click "Continue.”
    (*** If you have met the payment requirement and no down payment is necessary, accept the terms and conditions and your plan will be established. You can review your plan or log out.
13. Review the Terms and Conditions of the Payment, and if you agree, click "I agree to the above terms and conditions," and then click "Continue.”
14. A payment receipt will be displayed for you to print or download.
