Henry Twum serves as associate director of HR Systems and Operations for the Division of Human Resources and Culture at Spelman College. He oversees HR systems administration, workforce data management, reporting, and operational processes that support efficient service delivery, technology-enabled solutions, and informed decision-making. Mr. Twum manages HR technology platforms, operational reporting, systems training, and data governance activities that support the College’s human resources operations.
Through collaboration with campus stakeholders, Technology Services, and external vendors, Mr. Twum supports system functionality, process improvement, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness. His work focuses on maintaining data integrity, enhancing system utilization, supporting compliance efforts, and delivering reliable workforce information and operational support across the College community.
