Welcome to the Division of Human Resources and Culture at Spelman College.  Our work is centered on one core belief: people are at the heart of institutional excellence. We are committed to creating a workplace where faculty and staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.   

The Division of Human Resources and Culture (HRC) is evolving to meet the needs of a dynamic and Future-Ready Spelman. We are building a modern, people-centered HR organization that prioritizes culture, employee experience, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Through this work, we aim to strengthen how we support our employees while advancing Spelman’s mission and strategic priorities.
