Biography

Dr. Elliott D. Farmer serves as Chief of Staff for the Division of Human Resources and Culture. As the Division’s chief strategist and principal advisor to the Vice President, he provides leadership for people strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, culture initiatives, and enterprise-wide human resources projects that advance the College’s strategic priorities. He implements HR strategic planning, operations, special projects and institution initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational performance across the College.
