Initiating Veteran Affairs (VA) Benefits Benefits at Spelman College

STEP 1: Apply for VA benefits- How To Apply For The GI Bill And Related Benefits | Veterans Affairs (va.gov). The average time to process education claims is 30 days.

STEP 2: Obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the VA. If you have not received your COE within 30 days of applying, contact the Education Call Center at 1-888-442-4551.

STEP 3: Click on the link below to upload your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and the Spelman VA Submission Form.
