The 100th Annual Spelman-Morehouse Christmas Carol Concert celebrates a century of music, tradition, and community. Featuring the Spelman College Glee Club and the Morehouse College Glee Club, this cherished holiday tradition brings together generations of students, alumnae, alumni, families, and friends for an evening of beloved carols and choral performances.
Join us as we honor the concert's rich legacy and celebrate the holiday season through the voices of two of the nation's more celebrated collegiate choirs. Spelman College will host the 100th Annual Christmas Carol Concert in Sisters Chapel on December 5, 2026.
Performance Schedule:
- 6:30 p.m. - Doors open
- 7:30 p.m. - Concert begins
- 9:30 p.m. - Concert concludes
Plan Your Visit
Admission and Wristband Pickup
There are no tickets for the Christmas Carol Concert at Spelman College; however, a wristband is required to enter Sisters Chapel. General public wristband distribution will take place in Cosby Lobby from 5 - 7:15 p.m. Guests may begin lining up at 4 p.m. Volunteers will guide guests to the general public line, and wristbands will be distributed one per person. Each member of your party must be present for wristband pickup.
After receiving a wristband, guests will be directed to the walking route or shuttle service to Sisters Chapel. Wristbands cannot be picked up at Sisters Chapel. Chapel doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Parking and Directions
Parking will be available in the Spelman College parking deck for $3. Please note that parking is limited and first come, first served. It is advised to arrive early. The address for GPS directions to Spelman College is 440 Westview Drive, Atlanta, GA 30314. Please allow additional time for parking, collecting wristbands, and walking to Sisters Chapel. Additional parking locations and any applicable fees will be posted here once confirmed.
Accessibility
Shuttle service will be available from the Camille Olivia Hanks Cosby, Ed D. Academic Center to Sisters Chapel. Accessible parking is available on camps, and seating accommodations will be provided. Guests who need accessibility assistance should notify a volunteer upon arrival.
Bags and Prohibited Items
There are no bag restrictions. Large bags must be placed on the floor or held on your lap and may not occupy a seat or block an aisle.
Seating and Entry
A wristband is required for entry to Sisters Chapel. Seating is first come, first served, and saving seats is not permitted. Families and groups who wish to sit together should arrive together. Overflow seating will be available in Cosby Auditorium inside the Camille Olivia Hanks Cosby, Ed. D. Academic Center.
Food and Beverage
Food and beverages are not permitted in Sisters Chapel or Cosby Auditorium.
