Greetings Spelman Community! Are you ready for an adventure around the world without leaving campus? The Department of World Languages and Cultures is thrilled to invite you to the 2026 Spelman International Film Festival! This year´s theme will be "Global Classics". Prepare to embark on a cinematic journey to Senegal, Brazil, Algeria, India, Japan, Poland, Korea, México and Spain. Join us in person at this splendid new venue and catch all the excitement of the festival!

Dates | Monday, Feb. 23 - Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026
Showtimes | 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 6 p.m. daily
Location | Black Box Theatre (Mary Schmidt Campbell CI&A building)

Screenings are free and open to the Spelman community and AUC students. Food will be provided at certain screenings. Spelman International Film Festival is a signature event organized by the World Languages and Cultures Department and co-sponsored by the CI&A Center.
