Reginald Thomas, MS, M.Ed, the statistical data analyst II for the Division of Student Affairs, serves as a strategic partner in leveraging data to enhance student experiences, inform decision-making, and support institutional priorities. He is responsible for data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting across key areas of student affairs, including retention, engagement, wellness, housing, and student success. He has primary responsibility for synthesizing data from internal and external sources to identify trends, improve programming, and support the College's strategic goals focused on belonging, wellness, community, and academic excellence.
