Biography

Matthew McManus is an assistant professor in the Political Science department.

History

Prior to coming to Spelman College, Matt McManus held positions at the University of Michigan and Tec de Monterrey amongst others.

Books & Essays

McManus the author of several books

The Rise of Post-Modern Conservatism and The Political Theory of Liberal Socialism.
His forthcoming works include the edited essay collection Analytical Marxism and Democratic Socialism in the 21st Century: Revisiting G.A Cohen and the popular work What is Liberal Socialism?
