Laila Sweet

Laila Sweet serves as an Event and Operations Coordinator in the Office of Event Strategy and Management at Spelman College. In her role, she assists with planning, executing, and assessing signature events at the College as well as external campus activations, while keeping daily operations on track and fostering collaboration across departments. Laila holds an MScR in Social and Health Psychology from Utrecht University (2023) and a B.A. in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University (2020).
