Jazmine D. Kelley, Ed.D., is an accomplished higher education strategist and wellness practitioner committed to equity-minded leadership, holistic student success, and institutional transformation. Throughout her career, Kelley has provided strategic leadership for student engagement initiatives, interdisciplinary collaborations, and the holistic development of special populations.
A strong advocate for inclusive excellence, she has held key leadership roles expanding institutional capacity and managing large-scale programming across various institutions and professional organizations. Through her work as a leader and consultant, Kelley empowers others to embrace innovation and excellence, shaping communities where all members can thrive.
Jazmine D. Kelley, Ed.D., is the director of Community Engagement in the Division of Student Affairs, where she provides strategic leadership for New Student Orientation, Parent and Family Programs, and initiatives supporting special student populations. She serves as the staff liaison to the Parent Association and co-chairs the New Student Orientation planning committee alongside the Dean of Undergraduate Studies, working to foster a smooth transition and vibrant sense of belonging for incoming students and their families.
Dr. Kelley also oversees the President's Lecture Series and partners closely with Alumni Engagement and Government Relations to advance student-centered programming across campus and beyond. She leverages assessment and data-informed strategies to ensure that community engagement efforts align with institutional priorities and support the College's commitment to equity, inclusion, and holistic student success.
