As the Business Intelligence Analyst in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Felisha creates and responds to questions about institutional functioning, synthesizing data from a variety of sources, and generating informative reports and visualizations. White assists with institution-wide initiatives and special projects with a focus on empowering informed decision-making and uncovering actionable insights. White also leads the academic program review process in support of program effectiveness and strategic planning for each of the College's academic departments.
White brings a wealth of expertise in research, data analysis and decision-making processes. She holds a master's degree in Experimental Psychology with a focus in statistics, and has over 15 years of experience in higher education roles specializing in institutional effectiveness, research and assessment.
