Desiree Mack

Biography

Desiree Mack serves as director of Benefits and Wellbeing for the Division of Human Resources and Culture at Spelman College. She oversees the College’s benefits, retirement, leave administration, and wellbeing programs, ensuring faculty and staff have access to competitive benefits and resources that support their overall wellbeing. Ms. Mack also manages benefits compliance, vendor relationships, program administration, and employee education initiatives.

Through collaboration with campus partners and external providers, Ms. Mack helps deliver programs and services that support the evolving needs of the College community. She serves as a resource for benefits-related guidance and support, helping employees navigate available programs and make informed decisions regarding their health, financial well-being, and leave benefits.
