Christopher Coleman Bailey is currently the career planning and development coordinator in the Career Planning and Development office at Spelman College. With over seven years of experience in higher education across various departments, he is passionate about guiding students toward their professional dreams.
A driven scholar, Bailey earned his bachelor of business administration from Georgia Southwestern in 2017, followed by his MBA in 2020. His academic excellence was recognized when he was inducted into the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honors Society, honoring the top 10% of students from AACSB-accredited business schools. Never one to stop learning, he is now pursuing a degree in graphic design at Liberty University, with graduation set for Fall 2025.
Bailey’s professional journey began at East Georgia State College, where he thrived in Housing and Residence Life for over three years before moving to Georgia Southern University’s Office of Student Activities, where he continued his mission to impact students’ lives.
Beyond his career, Bailey is all about connection and creativity. Whether traveling, spending time with loved ones, or designing on the side, he brings passion and energy to everything he does.
