Chandler Warden, C'2027, is a dedicated aspiring dentist with a passion for advancing oral health equity. As a Spelman College Presidential Scholar, she is committed to academic excellence and healthcare leadership. Her journey in the health field has been shaped by transformative experiences, including her participation in the Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of healthcare disparities and clinical practices.
Further refining her leadership skills, Warden was selected for the prestigious Bluford Healthcare Leadership Institute, where she engaged in critical discussions on healthcare policy, equity, and innovation. Additionally, she completed the Harvard Bridge to Dental School program, an intensive preparatory experience that solidified her aspirations to become a leader in dentistry. Warden is also currently enrolled in the Dental Dreams LLC Assisting School, where she is acquiring hands-on clinical experience.
Beyond academia, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to service through her involvement in SKIRTS and Women of Excellence in Leadership (WELS), initiatives dedicated to empowering and uplifting communities. Committed to addressing systemic inequities, Warden will enroll in dental school in Fall 2027, with the ultimate goal of reducing oral health disparities in underserved populations. With a resolute vision for the future, she strives to be a catalyst for transformative change in the field of dentistry.
