Repossessions: Curator and Artist Conversation

Students, faculty, and community members are invited to an engaging evening of dialogue and artistic exploration at the Spelman College Museum of Fine Art. Join curator Dr. Bridget R. Cooks in conversation with acclaimed artists Lava Thomas and Shanequa Gay as they discuss Repossessions and the creative, cultural, and historical narratives that inform the exhibition.

This special program offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from the curator and featured artists about their work, inspirations, and the themes shaping contemporary artistic expression. Attendees will gain deeper insight into the exhibition while connecting with artists and fellow art enthusiasts.
