Students can use Handshake to search for and apply for internships and jobs, schedule an appointment with a career coach, and customize their profile to engage with employers. Encourage them to keep their Handshake account

The Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success Programs has partnered to provide families and supporters a way stay involved with their student and Spelman College through the Spelman Family Hub. 

With the Spelman Family Hub, you can:

Spelman Family Hub Login/Sign-Up

Spelman College is covered by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) which is designed to protect the student’s rights with regard to educational records maintained by the institution. FERPA applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education. (1:4, 1998, LRP Publications) It states: No one outside the institution shall have access to students’ education records nor will the institution disclose any information from those records without the written consent of student.
