We’re excited to launch Faculty and Staff Small Group Personal Training beginning March 16, 2026.

Join the Wellness Center on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 – 7 p.m. for beginner-friendly circuit training led by Coach Deanna. This small group format offers the perfect balance of personalized attention and community support. Whether you’re just getting started or returning to a routine, the sessions are designed to meet you where you are while helping you build strength, endurance, and confidence.

Each workout will focus on functional movements, light to moderate resistance, and guided instruction to ensure proper form and steady progress. The environment is supportive, encouraging, and welcoming to all fitness levels.

If you’ve been looking for a consistent, structured way to prioritize your wellness after the workday, this is a great place to start. We look forward to seeing you there.
