The Office of Event Operations, formerly the Office of Special Events, is a resource to assist and consult on design, development and management of special events that showcase Spelman College's excellence and promote advocacy and support for its stakeholders. We are also the “gatekeeper” of space requests and serve as an advisor to the Event Envoy Program.
The Event Envoy program is designed for students who are interested in event management and hospitality. As a self-guided training program, Event Envoys get full exposure and the opportunity to learn the various aspects of event logistics and planning.
The Office of Event Operations is responsible for, but not limited to, the following College events:

NOTE ABOUT EXTERNAL SPACE REQUESTS
At this time we are not accepting external space requests due to the high demand from faculty and current students. We are happy to share recommendations of other venue and spaces in the areas.
