About HR and Culture 

The Division of Human Resources and Culture (HRC) at Spelman College serves as a strategic partner in advancing the College’s mission by strengthening talent, culture, and human resources programs and services to support organizational effectiveness and operational excellence. 

The Division of HRC is organized into three service areas centered around people strategy, talent management, and total rewards to provide strategic human capital consulting and high-touch service delivery to the campus community. 

Through leadership in talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, strategic workforce planning, and organization development, we support faculty, staff, people managers, and senior leaders across the ecosystem and employee lifecycle.
