Join us for From Ideas to Impact: Creativity & Careers in Beauty, a live panel and podcast recording presented by Spelman College Career Planning and Development, in partnership with Mind Candy Beauty and the DreamHER Internship Podcast.

This inspiring afternoon will celebrate the power of women in the beauty industry, exploring how bold ideas, purpose, and creativity are shaping the future of beauty. The event will feature a live taping of the DreamHER Podcast, highlighting visionary leaders who are paving the way for the next generation, including Tisha Thompson, founder and CEO of LYS Beauty, and Lena Yelen Frechen, founder of LYF Socials.

The event will take place on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, at the Camille Olivia Hanks Cosby, Ed.D., Academic Auditorium on Spelman’s campus in Atlanta, Georgia. A networking reception will be held from 3 - 4 p.m. in the Camille Olivia Hanks Cosby, Ed.D., Academic Center Lobby, followed by the live panel and podcast recording from 4 - 5 p.m.
