Friday Lunch Hour Concert Series: Forza Trio

The Forza Trio unites three distinguished musicians for an afternoon of chamber music at its most compelling. Cellist Ismail Akbar, widely praised for his lyrical playing, joins pianist Jeri-Mae Astolfi, known for her expertise in both classical and contemporary repertoire, and violinist Rachael Fischer, celebrated for her versatility and dynamic interpretations. Their program will draw from beloved chamber works as well as newer compositions that highlight the trio’s collaborative spirit.

As part of the Friday Lunch Hour Concert Series, this recital offers audiences the opportunity to encounter the beauty and intimacy of chamber music in a relaxed, midday setting. This will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 12 p.m. in the Mary Schmidt Campbell Center of Innovation and the Arts Building room 200.
