Shiloh Gabrielle Wolfork, C’2025, an English major from Cincinnati, Ohio, has combined her love for writing with a deep commitment to service and social justice. A Social Justice Fellow and Head of Editorial for Spelman’s Blue Record Podcast, Wolfork served as co-president of Spelmanites United for Justice, where she helped facilitate forums on topics ranging from reproductive rights to global humanitarian crises.
Wolfork also served as co-community service chair of GRL-PWR, a nonprofit mentoring initiative for young girls, where she created a career-readiness curriculum and led high school mentorship programming. "I want my legacy to be someone who was passionate about change, making and creating inclusive spaces, especially for Black women," she said. Wolfork plans to pursue a career in marketing while launching a nonprofit to provide free hair care and wellness services for Black youth.
