The Dear America Project

The Women’s Research and Resource Center is hosting the Dear America Project. The event, "Dear America, A Letter from Black Women," will be holding a pre screening in the Camille Olivia Hanks Cosby, Ed.D. Academic Center Auditorium on Thursday, Oct. 10, at 5:30 p.m.

As America stands at a crossroads, "Dear America: A Letter from Black Women" shines a light on the untold stories of Black women and their pivotal role in shaping our nation's political history. This powerful documentary illuminates the complex and intertwined relationship between Black women and American politics, from their centuries-long battle for democracy to their continued fight against rising threats to the future of our nation.
