Examples of maintenance problems and response times are below.

CRITICAL/EMERGENCY (Immediate): Fire - Heat - Power or Electrical Loss - Water Loss - Continuously Running Water - Flooding - Doors Won't Lock/Close - Clogged Floor Drains, Sinks, Toilets - Window Breakage - Natural Disasters - Lock/Key Problems - Broken Glass - Malfunctioning Fire Alarms/Security Equipment
URGENT (1-24 Hours): Light Fixture - Beeping Smoke Detectors - Tripped Electrical Breakers

ROUTINE (1-5 Days): Broken Furniture - Light Bulb Replacement - Extermination
