A transfer applicant has completed a high school diploma, or its equivalent, and has attended another college for at least one term as a degree-seeking student.

Sixty (60) credit hours is the maximum number of credit hours that can be applied to a Spelman College degree.
No, letters of recommendation must be submitted directly from the recommender to complete your application for admission.
Currently, merit-based scholarships are not available for transfer students. For additional information on scholarships, visit the Financial Aid page.
The Office of the Registrar will conduct a transcript evaluation and submit it to admitted students once it has been completed.
