Kemi Oyewole, a top ten graduate of the Class of 2014, earned a bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics. While studying at Spelman, she served on the Board of Trustees for three years.
Currently, Kemi is pursuing a graduate degree in the Department of Economics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As an economist, she plans to explore issues in international development and effective poverty interventions, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
