During her matriculation at Spelman, economics major Emani Figaro served in various leadership roles such as the co-founder of Scholars & Dollars, a financial literacy program at KIPP Academy, a co-social chair of the senior class council, and member of the AUC entrepreneurs. She is also an honor student, a member of the Bonner Scholar program, and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
The Chicago, Illinois native studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain in the spring of 2020, and was afforded several professional experiences through her internships with top tier companies such as Emory University, Congressional Hunger Center, Solomon’s Temple Group Home, Boeing, and Deloitte Consulting.
Post Graduation Plans
Following graduation, Figaro will be join Deloitte Consulting as a strategy and operations analyst. After gaining experience, she plans on pursuing her MBA.
