Gia Taijae Tejeda, C'2023, is a graduating senior economics major with a double minor in management and organization and entrepreneurship and innovation. During her matriculation at Spelman, she served as a member of the Economics Club, Sisters Keeping it Real Through Service (SKIRTS), the Morehouse Business Association, and the Future Business Leaders of Spelman.
She was also a presidential member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and president of Girls Going Global Spelman Chapter.
Tejeda participated in Goldman Sachs HBCU Possibilities: Market Madness where she and her team placed first in the business case competition, scouring a grand prize of a $1 Million Dollar Grant for Spelman College. She is also the founder of All Things College, a business that is committed to bridging the gap from high school to higher education within the minority community.
What are her plans after she graduates?
Following graduation, Tejeda be working on the capital markets team at Jones Lang Lasalle, a global commercial real estate firm.
