Candice Nicole Hargons, Ph.D., C’2005, was awarded a
Presidential Citation from the American Psychological Foundation for her deep commitment to pressing forward social justice agendas in psychology.
Although she’s only four years post-Ph.D., Dr. Hargons, an associate professor of counseling and psychology at the University of Kentucky, has been recognized with scholarly and community service-focused state and national awards.
