Title IX’s “All of Us” Mini Grants

Title IX Get InvolvedSpelman College’s Title IX & Compliance Office will manage the College’s All of Us grants program. This program gives students, faculty and staff the opportunity to present campus-wide project proposals that will focus on educating, preventing and responding to sexual and gender-based harassment and discrimination, sexual assault, relationship violence and stalking.

Supporting Spelman's Strategic Plan

The All of Us grants program has three aims to support the vision of the College’s strategic plan to improve the campus climate and overall safety of students

  1. Engage all members of the Spelman community in understanding and advancing the principles of sexual violence and relationship violence prevention
  2. Equip community members with skills and resources to achieve institutional goals related to ending sexual & gender based violence and discrimination
  3. Improve institutional responses to sexual harassment, gender based discrimination, relationship violence and stalking.


Eligibility, Expectations, Components & Requirements

Eligibility: Any Spelman College faculty, staff, student or unit

Expectations: Each proposal should be Spelman-centric, innovative and collaborative with the intention of preventing and/or responding to sexual harassment, sexual assault, gender-based discrimination, relationship violence (domestic or dating) and stalking.

Proposal Components: A description of the purpose and objectives of the project, a summary of expected outcomes, an itemized budget and timeline for activities

Spending and Reporting Requirements: Requests for funding should not exceed $5,000.00 and must be used by end of the fiscal year (June 30, 2019). Recipients are expected to expected to assist in sharing their experience with the Spelman College community through print, graphic or video presentations or as part of on campus events.
