About Our Speaker: Shante Frazier, C'2012

Wellcapped Co-founder and Spelman Alumna Shante Frazier Speaks at SpelmanFrazier is the co-founder of WellCapped, a company dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and professionals. A 2012 graduate of Spelman College with a bachelors degree in economics, Frazier continued her education at NYU Stern School of Business, where she earned her MBA with specializations in marketing and strategy.

Her professional journey includes three years at Progressive Insurance, where she worked in the pricing and competitive intelligence departments. During this time, she also served as an officer in the Ohio Army National Guard, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and service.

Currently, Frazier serves as vice president, senior treasury management product manager at Fifth Third Bank, where she applies her strategic expertise to financial services innovation.

At NYU Stern, Frazier was deeply involved in student leadership, serving as co-president of Stern Women in Business and vice president of social engagement for the Association of Hispanic and Black Business Students. Her diverse experience across military service, corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and community building makes her uniquely positioned to guide aspiring entrepreneurs.
