Spelman College Reunion 2020 COVID-19 Update

This year's Reunion scheduled for May 14 - 17, 2020, has been canceled. Currently, discussions are underway and postponement dates are being determined. We hope to reach a solution as soon as possible. Please take a moment to complete this inquiry form regarding registration refunds and any other questions you may have regarding updates and postponement information. We trust that you and your families are doing well. Thank you for your grace and sisterhood while we navigate through these unprecedented times. 

5/19/20 Update: All refunds have been processed. You should receive a credit to your account or a check no later than June 12, 2020.

Payment Cancellation and Transfers

All reunioners who registered through the College will receive a full refund. The refund process will begin on Monday, April 13, 2020. Please allow at least four (4) weeks from that date to receive your refund.

You will have one of two refund options:

1. Request a full refund issued in the original method of payment 
2. Apply your full refund to the Unrestricted Annual Fund (Your refund credit will go towards your class giving total)

We ask for your patience as we work remotely and diligently to complete all Reunion 2020 refund transactions.
