Spelman Leaders and Alumnae Included in Atlanta Magazine’s Inaugural 500 Most Powerful Leaders List

Atlanta Magazine 500Spelman leaders and alumnae are included in Atlanta Magazine's inaugural list of Atlanta’s 500 most powerful leaders. The first-of-its-kind, the guide celebrates the metro area’s top executives and influencers in a myriad of industries. From banking and law, to education, healthcare and entertainment, the guide includes local experts that are making an impact in metro Atlanta.

In addition to being leaders in their industries, the achievers are noted for being plugged into the city – serving on nonprofit boards, spearheading programs for their communities, and creating opportunities for their employees. Spelman College President Mary Schmidt Campbell, Ph.D.; alumnae Stacey Abrams, C’95, Pearl Cleage, C’71, Bernice King, C’85, Spelman College Museum of Fine Art Director Andrea Barnwell Brownlee, C’93; and trustees Helen Smith Price, C’79Kathy Waller and Mary Brock are included in the list.
