COVID Path Forward

Expectations of Visitors and Vendors

Visitors and vendors are prohibited from being on campus if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks, are exhibiting signs or symptoms of illness of COVID-19, or were in close contact to someone confirmed to have COVID-19.

Protocols for Coming to Campus

For the safety of our campus community, Spelman College requires all guests to adhere to our new visitor protocols for spring 2022. Visitors are guests who are not part of Spelman or the Atlanta University Center Consortium institution's faculty, staff, or student population.

To be approved for campus entry, EACH visitor is required to complete the Guest Access Request Form.

Using the Guest Access Request Form, EACH guest attending a meeting or small event is required to submit proof of a negative COVID test, which can include PCR, rapid antigen or an at-home rapid self-test. Submit Form 3 to 5 days prior to entry.

Using the Guest Access Request Form, EACH guest attending a large event (over 500 people) is required to submit proof of a negative COVID test, which can include PCR, rapid antigen or an at-home rapid self-test and must also submit proof of vaccination. Submit Form 3 to 5 days prior to entry.
