COVID-19 Testing Requirements

We ask that all community members be personally responsible for
  • self-monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms,
  • not coming to campus or if symptomatic or COVID-19 positive, and
  • self-testing with an at-home rapid test should the need arise.

Random Community Testing (every other week, twice a month)

covid testingRandomly selected vaccinated and unvaccinated community members (students, faculty, and staff) who are selected to participate in the community testing will receive an email notification from COVID-19 Operations with specific testing date and instructions. This randomized testing occurs in the BDT Suites Private Dining Room.

If you are selected to participate, you will receive your PCR test results via email from Morehouse School of Medicine Care Evolve 48 to 72 hours after completing your testing appointment. You will also receive an at-home rapid self-test kit to use within 24 hours.

Random Community Testing on campus is administered by COVID-19 Operations in partnership with the AUCC Epidemiologist and Morehouse School of Medicine.

At-home rapid self-tests are available to all community members in the BDT Suites Private Dining Room, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All COVID tests performed on campus are FREE.

Please note: We will no longer require unvaccinated community members to perform mandatory weekly self-tests.
