COVID Path Forward

COVID-19 Testing Guidance

We ask that all community members be personally responsible for
  • self-monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms,
  • not coming to campus or if symptomatic or COVID-19 positive, and
  • self-testing with an at-home rapid test should the need arise.

Random Community Testing (for students only)

covid testing

COVID-19 community testing for randomly selected students only will occur twice a month as determined by the AUCC (Atlanta University Center Consortium) Epidemiologist during the first half of the spring semester and will be slowly phased out. Students selected to participate will receive an email notification with specific testing location and instructions. Selected students are exempt from random testing if they are under isolation protocol or are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

Random Community Testing for selected students only is administered by COVID-19 Operations in partnership with the AUCC Epidemiologist and Morehouse School of Medicine.
