Group Fitness

The Wellness Center at Spelman College offers a variety of group fitness classes. We believe that “Every Body is Beautiful” and promote body positivity, self- love and self-acceptance. Our group fitness classes offer an inclusive, supportive, safe space for exercise participants who want to work out because they love their bodies and want to feel good about themselves. Our diverse staff of group fitness instructors offer engaging, supportive classes where our students can exercise in a non-judgmental environment.
