Important Dates
- July 15, 2023: Fall 2023 Payment deadline
- July 15, 2023: Insurance waiver deadline
- July 31, 2023: Fall courses and on-campus housing assignment dropped for non-payment
- July 31, 2023: Fall registration and on-campus housing assignment dropped for NFT
- August 16, 2023: First day of class/Fall courses dropped for non-payment
- August 17, 2023: Late registration
- August 25, 2023: Late registration ends
- September 08, 2023: Fall refunds begin
- December 30, 2023: Spring 2024 Payment deadline
- January 10, 2024: Spring Courses dropped for non-payment
- January 17, 2024: First day of class/Spring courses dropped for non-payment

- Enroll in direct deposit so that refunds can be deposited into your account electronically
Communications Notice
The Office of Student Accounts uses electronic methods of communication as the primary medium for official communication with students at Spelman College. Every student is given a Spelman email account to access these communications. Students are expected to read all electronic communications relating to The Office of Student Accounts and when necessary take action as a result of the information received. Certain communications may be time-critical and require immediate action(s). Students are expected to monitor their Spelman email account often to receive the most up to date information.
