Important Dates

  • July 15, 2022: Insurance waiver deadline
  • July 30, 2022: Payment deadline
  • Aug.05, 2022: Fall registration dropped for NFT
  • Aug.12, 2022: Fall courses dropped for non-payment
  • Aug.17, 2022: First day of class/Fall courses dropped for non-payment
  • Aug.18, 2022: Late registration begins
  • Aug. 26,2022: Late registration ends
  • Sept.09, 2022: Fall refunds begin 
  • Dec. 30, 2022: Spring 2023 Payment deadline
  • Jan. 11, 2023: Spring Courses dropped for non-payment
  • Jan. 18, 2023: First day of class/Spring courses dropped for non-payment
  • Jan. 19, 2023: Late registration begins
  • Jan. 27, 2023: Late registration ends
  • Feb. 10, 2023: Spring refunds begin

The Student Account Suite is a secured, password protected, 24-7 service offered to students and their authorized users for managing their student account.

Student Account Center
  • Check your balance
  • Make a payment towards your balance
  • View your payment history
  • Store your payment methods for quick and easy payment
  • As a student, provide permission to others (parents, employers, etc) to view your bill and make payments
  • View and print your billing statement
  • Set up your bills to be paid automatically
Payment Plan Management
  • Enroll in a payment plan so you can pay your balance in installments
  • View your current payment plan status
  • Make a payment toward one of your installments
  • Schedule future installment payments
  • Enroll in direct deposit so that refunds can be deposited into your account electronically

Communications Notice

The Office of Student Accounts uses electronic methods of communication as the primary medium for official communication with students at Spelman College. Every student is given a Spelman email account to access these communications. Students are expected to read all electronic communications relating to The Office of Student Accounts and when necessary take action as a result of the information received. Certain communications may be time-critical and require immediate action(s). Students are expected to monitor their Spelman email account often to receive the most up to date information.
