Reflections

Research:

While conducting my research I found of useful as well as new information. I found all the information I was looking for with no problem. Talking to different representatives gave me a better insight on the process of becoming a lawyer. Overall the research was not hard at all.

Selection:

I selected my three choices because they had everything I expected in a law school. My most important factors were accreditation, location, graduation rate, job opportunities upon graduation, and financial aid opportunities. After my selection, my intended degree has changed. I plan to get a joint degree, JD/MSW social work. These top three choices are important to me because they met all of my criteria and they are some of the nation's top schools.

Design:

After all of my research, I think I have had the chance to provide some very informative information on my career of choice. My images all relate to my career and the steps to reaching my goals. The images also support my text. My audience selection has influenced the amount of information I have included in this website. My color selection fits my career and theme.

Implementation:

My experience with using an authoring tool like FrontPage before this project was basically nonexistent. At first I thought FrontPage would be hard, but after looking at the tutorials, it was actually pretty easy. If I had another chance to do a Web page, I think I would focus on it having more detail. I had a few people test and critic my Web site. My dorm mate Lynae tested my Web site and thought it was good. My friend Jacqueline also tested my Web site and said that it was pretty good.

Final:

This experience with creating a Web site was something new and different for me. I enjoyed the experience and loved trying something new. I thought that I would just have the worst time trying to complete this project. I am proud of my outcome and I am very confident that my Web site is very informational. I loved this experience and would not mind doing it again.
