The WEL series was created to fulfill the need for dedicated, ethical leaders.

This seven-week course is designed to be of most benefit for women currently in their junior and senior year of college. Students involved in the program experience leadership development and professional training from national experts, noted faculty, and prominent corporate partners.

The WEL Mission

The WEL program is designed to feed the need for dedicated ethical, articulate, solution-oriented leaders, in the world community. Through WEL, students experience leadership and professional training typical for professional women.

The WEL Program Will Ultimately:

  • Prepare students as leaders and change agents for the world community
  • Offer exposure to leaders in the public and private sectors of the community
  • Cultivate a cadre of new leaders who appreciate their own values and the views of others
