Hotel
Our host hotels for Reunion are The Westin Peachtree Plaza, 210 Peachtree Street Atlanta, GA 30303 and The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel Downtown, 165 Courtland Street NE, Atlanta GA 30303. Single and double room rates are $119 per night +15% hotel tax. For The Westin call 1.800.WESTIN1 or 404.659.1400. For The Sheraton call 1-800-833-8624 or 404.659.6500. Please identify yourself as a Spelman College Alumna calling for the Spelman Reunion room block. To reserve online visit Starwood Meetings & Events for The Westin or The Sheraton website and choose "reserve", follow prompts for booking rooms. Rooms and rates are not guaranteed after 5:00 p.m. on April 15, 2009.

Campus Housing

The new residence hall,The Suites, has been designated for campus housing for $75 per person, per night. You will be provided with linens for the bed (all beds are singles), a towel set, a pillow, and blanket. Please bring whatever makes you feel more at
home, such as an extra blanket, alarm clock, your favorite pillow, clothes hangers, reading light or radio. Roommates may be requested and are subject to be assigned.

There will be no on-site campus housing registration.

Transportation
Shuttle transportation will be provided between the College, The Westin, The Sheraton and select off-campus activities.

Special Accommodations
Call the Reunion Hotline at 404.270.5064, if you have dietary or other special requests. If you require a wheelchair, please make sure you arrange to have someone escort you through Reunion activities. Wheelchairs can be rented from: Trans Alliance Med & Drugs.
