Commencement 2012: Tickets & Seating

Guests are invited to attend Class Day, the March through the Alumnae Arch, Baccalaureate, the Baccalaureate Reception and Commencement.

No ticket is required for the Class Day program or Baccalaureate Ceremony; however, seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will not be permitted to hold seats.

This year, each graduate will be guaranteed twelve (12) tickets to Commencement. Tickets will be distributed at Commencement rehearsal on Thursday, May 17, 2012 in Sisters Chapel.

At the request of the host facility, no one, regardless of age, will be admitted without a ticket. Seniors who do not attend rehearsal will not receive Commencement tickets. Please bring Spelman photo ID to pick up Commencement tickets.

Graduates who do not attend rehearsal will not receive commencement tickets.

Commencement rehearsal is time consuming; therefore, you should be prepared to be at Sisters Chapel for at least three hours.
